Directions For Use

For use on the body:

Apply 5-10 drops by massaging into the skin once a day to help soothe any aches or pains.

For use in the bath:

For normal skin add 10-20 drops to your bath water. For sensitive skin add 5-10 drops to your bath water.

For use in diffuser & oil burners:

Add 5-10 drops into diffuser water, or directly onto oil burner.

For use on diffuser bracelets:

Using your oil blend simply add 2-3 drops onto the lava beads of your diffuser bracelet. You will be able to inhale the beautiful aromas all day long. You will also have the added benefit of the essential oils sinking into your skin and bloodstream.

If you are pregnant, or elderly please seek doctor's advice before using any essential oils. Do not use essential oils on children under the age of 12 years.
